These terms govern all financial transactions and subscription enrollments on the Enplace platform.
1. Subscription Plans
Enplace offers several subscription tiers (Core, Pro, and Group). Details are available on your Workspace billing settings.
2. Free Trial
New Workspaces are eligible for a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, a paid plan must be activated to maintain full capabilities.
3. Seat-Based Billing
Enplace uses a per-user ("seat") billing model. You are billed for each Member invited to the kitchen workspace. Adding users mid-cycle results in pro-rated charges on the next invoice.
4. Taxes and Billing Accuracy
Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
- Tax Responsibility: You must provide accurate tax details where applicable (e.g., VAT number). Enplace or its payment processors will calculate taxes based on your provided address.
- VAT/Sales Tax: Applicable taxes will be added to your subscription fee based on your jurisdiction.
- Currency: Billing is typically processed in USD or your local currency as determined by the Stripe Billing Portal.
5. Stripe Billing Portal
Enplace uses Stripe for all payment processing. You can manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods through the secure Stripe-hosted billing portal linked from your Settings.
6. Refund Policy
- Monthly Plans: Generally non-refundable.
- Annual Plans:May be eligible for pro-rated refunds for unused months at the operator's sole discretion in the case of technical hardship.
7. Failed Payments and Grace Periods
- Retry Schedule: Stripe will attempt to retry the charge up to four times over a 21-day period.
- Grace Period: You will have a 7-day grace period of full access after the first failure.
- Restriction: After 21 days of failure, account features will be restricted until payment is resolved.
8. Cancellation
Owners may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
